Silly question but does anyone know where I can source metal halide ballasts, bulbs, spiderlight reflectors and bulbs wholesale?

New world reef products can get SFILIGOI which do halide's and super posh dimming systems..
not cheap though

I'm thinking on the lines of building and designing halides but need to source components.
