IIRC Ben, Moderate to strong flow is what they prefer :lol:

this is how my whip is after 4 days in the tank.one branch wont polyp and is starting to go brown .is there anything i shoud do?

Seen them clean at that stage many times ben .
Look at the blue whip we had in ours It cleaned all the time.
Remember yours is a new system really so its going to have the brown algae attack.
If your polyps have gone in and the whip was going to clean the algae will settle on it ,as the polyps are not there to stop it
Keep an eye on it and see if it cleans in the next day or so .If it does not then give it a light rub with a soft tooth brush and get the algae off

yes we have what looked like a lot of skin that shed off of them from time to time ,just like the leathers do .
Might be wrong ,but im sure its nothing to panic about .If it does struggle bring it to us and we will help revive it if we can
