I put a table acro in my tank today, and there is this long white strand sort of stuff coming from the polyp's.
Is this normal?
I have high lighting excellent waterflow and good parameters.

It just sounds like its secreting its slime which most acro's will do when you first put them in the tank.
So normal behaviour - Also Tables do this alot when the are in feed mode but i suspect its not this as its just been added to the tank.
Could always show a pic just to be sure

Thanks, everything seems ok now. Back to normal, like you said it was probably secreting as normal.
I was just a little worried as this is my very first table.
Looking stunning under the actinic light when the main lights are off.
