I decided last night to move the fry from the 'biscuit jar' into the 15L tank. They are still in green water, and being fed a mixture of rotifers and 3hr BBS. I'm hoping to phase out the rotifers over the next couple of days.

Anyhow here's the tank, and a pic of one of the fry showing his full pink tummy

Very well done Linda. How many fry do you have? Mine are still going strong and growing well.I'm going to start enriching the brine soon.Do you know of any uk online suppliers of the concentrated micro algae.I think i may stay clear of the selco type products due to the oil film they create.Good luck and keep us posted !

Day 16 now and there are only 2 left. These 2 have been keeping going for nearly a week now with the dreaded 'bubble'.

They are still eating (enriched bbs). During the day the bubble shrinks and last night one was swimming well down in the water, but overnight the bubble grows again and they are back on the top :D

I've learnt a lot from this batch, even if they don't make it, and I'm determined I will raise some ;)

Time for an update. Day 21 :ohyea:

The bubbles have almost gone and both babies are now swimming well down in the water. They are both feeding well on enriched bbs, and one has started to hitch today.

Another batch of fry were born today, and it was only when I saw the new ones that I realised how much the others had grown.

Today's pics:
