Hi All,
Just finished my topup system which when activated (by profilux) it will dump the water from the RO membranes for an adjustable amount of time then switch to go through DI and into the tank. The TDS after the membrane is 140 then goes down to 5 after about 2 1/2 minutes to i have set it to 3 mins, this means my DI resin is going to last a LOT longer now.

One solenoid and the booster pump are wired directly to the profilux which is the water suply to the RO unit, so as soon as it activates the water goes in. I used a delay on timer from RS which will open a solenoid that sends the produce from the membrane to waste as soon as the power comes on then after a fully adjustable amount of time (1 second to 60 hours) it shuts that one and opens the one that supplies the tank with a float valve.

Hi Slappy,
The parts came from RS components, stock mumbers are 283-3969 ON DELAY TIMER and 342-017, SOLENOID.

You need to buy the adaptors for RO pipe from RO-MAN.
