i know this is probably a question with a million answers , but whats the min time you should wait before a bulb is showing its "settled in" colour?

Don't know but i have had 3x new 10k reeflux on for 2 weeks 5hours aday and they are still different colours. I'm hoping they burn in soon as one is very yellow green. The others look ok

Both mine started out the same blue/white colour, around 3 weeks later one turned pinky/orange
They still look the same now.
