Hi gang.
Saw a stunning blue acropora today (quite expensive) was tempted to buy it, it would be my first acro. But before I spent a few quid on it, was hoping you guys could answer a quick question. My lighting is a Arcadia twin 250w halides with 2 39w blue lights. Would my lighting be enough to keep the great blue colour, or would it lose most of it's colour under my lighting?

cheers
Brian

lighting should be fine, what Kelvin rating is the M/H bulb? I would imagine its going to be more nutrient levels that play a part

10k's are o.k but you will have to keep your water perameters spot on Otherwise colours may fade, but don't let this put you off!
