after a lengthy discussion we have come up with a bi-monthly bit of serious fun. we have stayed away from the usual title "tank of the month" title simply to be a bit different. hopefully you will all be happy with the way we want to run it , but are totally happy for you to express your opinions on whether you think its right or wrong.
every other month we will be doing something else and that will be announced shortly.
anyway here are the "rules "
title is "Nominated Tank" September (or whatever month it is)
each member, with 50 posts or more, will nominate a tank from this forum, but not their own. this will go on for 2 weeks. nominations will be sent to me via pm.
tanks must be at least 6 months old
mods/admin will not nominate at this time.
if someones tank is nominated and they dont want to take part , then pm a mod to have their name removed.
after 2 weeks the top 3 will be pm'ed to make sure they are happy to go to the public vote.
if we have an equal amount of nominees then the mods/admin will step in and make their nomination. other than that we will not nominate at all.
after a week of voting the winner will be announced and will have a week to put up their info.
a template of questions will be given to them so each winners thread will have the same layout. this makes it easier to read at later dates when you may want to find some specific info.
also the winners write up will be locked so its not cluttered with questions. any questions can be asked in a seperate thread

Sounds good, do the nominated tanks have to from the members tanks section?
I only ask as it will be hard to get more than one nomination, for a tank unless it avaliable for all to see!
