I think Karnivor has already been talking to a manafacturer about this in the states

Indeed I have, Ive been mailing Luxim themselves and have been offered a development pack with everything I need to evaluate it.

The bad news is that they want $1000 for it. Cheap enough if you are a potential manufacturer but pricey if you just want to tinker, although i'm sure I could produce a very useable lamp.

If I was setting a frag system up, i'd have no hesitation in ordering one.
