Why aren't BTA's very bubbly? Very occasionally do I see nice bubble tip anemones. Mine certainly isn't but still looks pretty healthy. Is there a reason?

some say its to do with flow and some say light. im not sure myself

It is so hard to figure out why. But here is a picture I took a few days ago of some of my baby anemones.
As you can see, one has beautiful bubbles and is in the same area as the rest of the "herd"
that have long tentacles.
So who knows why.
