Hello

Its me Pete. I am still alive, although nopt been on the forum much in the last 18 months since I had to give up with my 6x2x2. I bumped into Ben , doing his bit in Tesco the other week and Jason yesterday.

I have missed keeping a marine tank, and bumping into these two locals has only made me realise just how much.

My missus saw the look in my eye after chatting to Jas, andd knew what was comming. :)

Yes ok she said but not a big one (tank that is). I learnt from the 6x2x2, big can be good if you have the right time to give it. Lots of maintainence needed, plus the stock to fill it, and there is the running costs. If this is not kept up the tank looks more of mess.

My conclusion is a small tank looking WOW is better than a big tank looking OK.

I am in no rush, going on holiday to mexico in August, and will be lookin to set up after that.

My missus has showed me the place where I can have a Tank and I can fit up to a 3x2, but as with others i like the shallower look so I wont be going 2ft deep.

Anyway thats my long winded hello again, GOOD TO BE BACK!!
