Nice one, one of my favorite fish.

Have you looked at the post about majestics, Tommo has posted some good info if you haven't seen it.

It might be interesting info, but it doesnt really answer any questions as to a specific cause. thus specific advice with angels and corals is lacking, not just from me but in the industry

My suggestion in breif is just to use as much variety of food and as many vitamins and supplements as you can paritcularly as the fish grows! Try and focus on the grazing habits of the angel, nori, new era pellets pasted to glass etc etc

Very nice looking fish, when I say the title though I was genuinely expecting to see a small human wrapped iin a blanket!
I suggest a change of plan... Let the wookie win

Looking good m8

Fingers crossed ,in my experiences i have found that angels seem to be ok as long as fed well with a good healthy diet .
In a lot of cases an angel will nip a little even if fed well but of no long term problems that a healthy tank/Corals cant deal with .
A lot of angels do well with little halm to the reef until you go on your holidays and the fish may not get the good feed he would get if you were there .The result of this is coming back to a few corals that have been picked on a lot .

If going away make sure the person looking after the system knows how much to feed your tank

yours

And Angelfish  Corals

Possibly a false statement, they arent really designed to eat corals and typically angels that do resort to it end up with sting marks all over their faces which cant be good or enjoyable for them, every time i have seen an angel pick at coral its has gone away seeming distinctly irritated by its undesirable actions!

This is most definately the largest killer truth! and I agree the occasional curious nip is something that a coral system should be able to deal with no problems.

I think the biggest likelyhood is that it is something in sponges that is missing in a captive diet that makes angels into the naughty fish we know them as so certainly and angel diet containing sponge would be a good start IMO
