I need to buy a T5 light fixture so i can keep more corals.
Can anyone lead me in an affordable yet good route.
Whats up guys i plan on havin SPS for now as i am still new, I have some zoo's and a Kenya tree and yes i know they spread lol.
My tank is 30 inches long and 20 inches high and 19 inches wide.
I have a sump at the moment but a fellow reefer is helping me turn it into a refugium. I have an Acua C remora skimmer, I have a turbo twist UV sterilizer.For flow i have 2 Koralia's facing eachother one is a 2 and the other is a 3...
I have 50 pounds of live rock and i know i need more i am working on that.

welcome to the site, keep an eye out for some second hand lighting as there are a few people giving up at the moment. even check out ebay but personally i would only buy from there if i could go to see the unit first.
i dont know much about t5 lights so hopefully someone else will help with how much you will need and what type.
a pic of the set up may help.

i would guess that a 4 tube t5 luminaire would be your best bet, with 3 whites and one blue tube in it. and i would also guess you could find one for that length tank but, i would think the strongest wattage light would be this one. might be ok with some sps high up, like plating monties.

As above and welcome to IR, may be worth a look at a clip on halide ,have a look at the nano section on here.
