hi all new to this forum and just wanna say hi.
i live in Cape Town,South Africa.
i've been running a 1,6 m tank for 2 years been in the hobby for about 3-4 years,been an awesome experience!
my tank is nowhere near were i want it to be very lightly stocked taking things slow because off cash restraints. :angry:
anyway i'm sure you'l hear from me soon!

Hi Johnathan

The skimmer your running is it a diy skimmer as it looks different in the picture to any skimmer i have seen unless its the angle of the picture .If it is a diy skimmer it would be good to see a close up of it m8

thanks ben thats what i wanted to do.
yes its diy made out of a 25l water cooler bottle,i'l post a link soon, it seems my home site is down.
if its just a problem on my side the thread is called "john's diy skimmer" on sareefkeeping(sark)
