Help with an acan Fraggin an acan

Evening guys, new around here but am active on a few other boards.

Am looking for some help/advice/tutorials on fraggin acans.
Any help appreciated guys.

Something like a dremel? and would i just make one clean cut through the tissue and the rock?

Slightly nervous about chopping her up.

yeh a dremel would work but a table tile cutter will be easier and give a deeper cut.
