I think it would be a good idea to have a welcome banner like some other have dont you think.

Maybe ''Welcome to IR'' Then a fancy design, Might be worth having a comp and choose the best one.
I dont know how to make them but im sure its not hard?

When new people join, instead of typing welcome to ir, You use the banner instead (optional of course)
