yes simular amount of water mate but i want the extra length so i can have to lights and get away from the central pile of rocks look ,i love my tank but if your into sps the extra bulb will make for better growth patterns with the single bulb the digi's etc around the edge reach for the light giving the coral an unatural look

well ive had to have a comprimise with the girlfriend and im getting a hood made for the tank as she does'nt like the lumenarcs . so it's 6x39 watt reef white bulbs with one or two blue aqua rays , real shame as i love my acro's and was getting some great colours in my last tank :cool3: it's gunna have to be lps and softie's for me guess it's better than no tank at all

surely you can add slot's to the side's of the hood or leave it open topped, for heat loss? throw some fans in there too?
anyone want coral safe, aiptasia eating nudibranc's (berghia) from one of the UK's only breeders? PM me for details

with tony on this one, if you add more rock to the left you will end up with a wall.
