LO

I have a Nana Frag. It's growing nicely now after settling down. The main coral is a beautifull deep pink but the tips are bright green! Is this normal growth? Why is it green?

Cheers

I would want to know why its Pink! ive kept Nana's under 150w to 400w and can only say they go solid purple with the more light they get
Also the more nitrates ive had the better purple they go.
They arent normally pink which is odd

Mine has slight green tinges to it as has all my previous ones so i guess its normal, Might be a case you dont have enough light + low nutrients

Or either too much light + low nutrients, The possibilitys are endless.

Maybe post up parameters

Sorry Lindsay, purple is a better description than dark pink. It's kept under 250's with lowish nutrients 8ish ppm Nitrate...
I'll try and put some pics up tomorrow.
Cheers
