20K for better growth rates ??

I've been looking into changing my lighting as i am not happy with the 10k reeflux running on magnetic ballast's, and stubbled across this article, interesting that they found 20k +14k to have a better growth rate than 10k +5.5k on a species of acro.Just wonder how conclusive this experiment is compared with running them on a fully stocked sps tank.

20k gave me better colours but a lot slower growth, 10k they grew like stink but looked very yellow. 14k was an in between

14 000K forces the colour though I think
