I think that my Powder blue might not be happy as it is just swimming round in circles, it is eating when i feed and it is picking off the rocks now and then, so was wondering if there was any answers as to why its doing it.

Thanks in advance
Joey

Mine used to pace back and forth and think that was cos the tank was too small. Yours is pretty big though......

I have found from personal experinece that PB's tend to be one of tangs most prone to behaviour disorders. My first used to do something very similar, together with swimming in circles and my second went around biting the heads off my Gonioporas! Both are still alive by the way however I wouldn't entertain another one.

dont forget, in the wild a pb will cruise the reef and travel a long way in a day. not like some other tangs that hang around a smaller area. i guess it could be releated to tank size, but maybe tom will have a better idea.

He really doesn't look too good there, has he got cloudy eyes? Looks like he has an infection of some sort from his scales.

From my experience if a powder blue starts to go down hill they rarely recover.

Good luck
