On a more serious note, its a great example of how nature utilises Fractals.

Thanks Tony - Never heard of that, so guess what? Googled it and came up with a cross between a cauliflower and broccoli. I have to ask though Tony...how did you know about Fractals?

Fractals....ahh, a mispent childhood playing with maths and graphics on computers that took days to plot a single screen. I used to be fascinated by them, along with other academic games like "life" and "eliza".
How sad am I.

I bet that Brassica could be represented as a single mathematical formula.

apart from looking cool it tasted the same we had a purple one at the same time looked nice on the plate but freaked the kids out!! B)
but as for fractals graphics and maths i think ill leave those in karnivor world! :lol: :help:
