Really a Question for Tom, How exactly can one tell if a fish has a blind eye, I have a kole tang that has blacked out eye, He's perfectly normal very healthy still picks on algae like they do, So is my kole tang blind i cant see the retana just a black cloud over his eye!
Is he blind like a suspect?

Colour loss or dark pigmentation on the side of the dodgy eye, missing close range food, cloudiness or cataract like reflection from the eye, some fish swim eratically and circle, lots of varied symptoms TBH

possibly, and tangs are noted for ocassionally nipping
If it is, chances are it will recover unless its been really severely damaged
