Hi all

Have been given some sexy shrimp from a lad who has just shut down his nano, and I have them in the sump at the moment.
I've heard that if they are not kept well fed they could munch on corals, especially Zoa's.Does anyone on here keep them, and if so, have you had any problems with them?

cheers Brian

The only problem I had with them was that they kept jumping into teh mouth of my Scarlett hawk so disappeared very quickly!
I suggest a change of plan... Let the wookie win

Check out www.Reefpark.net if you have a minute

Ive kept them for years in the past.Never any problems. The only issue as Bobba said is other fish eating them but mostly they are ignored.

50/50 I would say! If the wrasse are large then no chance!

Cheers Dave. I reckon the Wrasse's may be to big. I'll leave them in the sump and see how they get on.

They do tend to have a liking for zoa skirts, which can cause them to then stay shut & die......

Shelton.

Thanks Shelton. I've got a few cracking Zoa's in the tank, and that's why I was in 2 minds whether to put the shrimps in.

cheers
Brian
