When you top up with RO to replace evaporated water do you buffer it and add anything to it or just use it as it comes from the unit?

As it is.
No additives, but have condidered buffering and also adding Mag.
Only problem, is that mine is Auto Top Up and it would mean keeping a careful eye on levels in the tank to vary the additives in the top up reservoir.
So I do all my additives seperately.

I buff if the levels are low as it dissolves easier in fresh water.
