Pushing up Phosphate

I have recently read an article (not fish related) that said that garlic is very effective an binding phosphate into its "Bulb".

Does this mean that regular feeding with garlic will drive up your phosphates?

I have no idea as I don't use garlic but thought it may answer some peoples questions, what do you think??

Dunno, but regular feeding of garlic will cause your fish liver damage, so nobody should be finding out LOL
