Just posting to say what great customer service I have received from ATI this week. One of my old Siccie pump's for my BM250 started leaking juice from where the power cable goes into the motor block. A common fault apparantley. I mailed them monday and no quibbles they sent me 'two' more motor blocks. They arrived this morning. I'm really pleased with that.

Hi Jed,
Heres the email address for the guy who dealt with me.
k.lindemann@atiaquaristik.com
The new pumps have been modified where the cord goes into the motor block.
Just to let you know you will need to get schuko type plug converters for them.
