Has anybody had experience with the Epoxy paint, water based, two packs on a glass aquarium. I really interested in its covering power on glass. As far as I can tell it is fish safe (sold for lining concrete fish ponds) but I am not intending to use it inside the tank.

Shouldn't be any problem using it on the outside, tho I'd mask off the silicone itself. You could just use regular household gloss paint instead.
