which fish have u guys/girls succesivley bred ?? as im thinking of setting up a orchid dottyback project in the garage

That would be nice to see. The only
fish I've had that ever spawned were the scooter blennies, tho I'm optimistic with the hawkfish. Tho there is a big difference between spawning and raising the fry.

I have had damsels,clowns and scooters in the coral tanks,but never had any survive,good luck keep us posted on how you get on.

can be a lot of hassle raising the fry from what ive read. defo a good project if you have the time. keep us posted dylan

ive got a pair of bangii's that breed regularly, havent been able to raise any of the fry yet, but thats because theve been in the main display and once the male releases the fry they dont last long with the other fish in the tank. However ive now put them in there own tank, and the male is currently 2 weeks into a new brood.

My banggai cardinalfish have breed in main tank ,11 fry went over wier into sump . I have 4 left all about thumb nail
size now still in sump , and male is holding more now .Poor sod she didn't give him much of a break

Hi guys, both my pairs of clowns spawn regularily (common and clarkei) also had my yellow gobies, mandarins and yellowtail blue damsels spawn but not been able to raise any young. Mainly because and dont have any other tanks/facilities to raise them in so never tried to save the fry.
