you put the sensor on the floor, if the floor gets wet you get a text.....possibilities are endless- get home and clear up befor the other half finds it, drop everything and get home before the tank or sump has drained dry and burnt out the skimmer, pumps and heaters....etc

pity though that the control box is £350.......

Really cool idea in theory.. if only it wasnt for the price :lol:

I'm sure that someone with the know how could wire that sensor/detector to an auto dialler (used on alarm systems or disabled persons emergency diallers) to do the same job.

I got water alarms on the sump floor but the sump is in the garage so I'm not really bothered if the floor gets wet or not.

Just had a new carpet fitted so if a bucket leaks i would get Killed :good:

What the text should say is ,,jas your in deep S*** don't go Home or your dead ,And in that case i can take a Trip to hells mouth with some concrete boots on
