Are my water paramters ok ?

Iv just done the full set of test on my new tank and I think they are all ok but I would apreciate an experts view.
If anything looks less than ideal please let me know.

Nh4 0
No2 0
No3 10 (getting lower with each water change and being used up by some thing in the tank)
Po4 0.03 (thats before I added the rowaphos)
Ph 8.3
Mg 1470
Dkh 10.9
Alk 3.89
Ca 400

There are no fish in the tank yet (Im getting impatient)

They look fine for now, just go easy on the patience ;)

Im going to hold out for a week and if there is no change I will get one of the cheaper fish on my wish list.

Yeah,its a good idea to take your time,stocking slow will also give time to research which is good fun and very important to help keep a successful reef tank.
